The Finlay Lab is located within the Michael Smith Laboratories at The University of British Columbia. A state of the art interdisciplinary research facility with approximately 250 research personnel engaged in research activities from animal genetics, genomics to plant and forestry molecular genetics. The Finlay Lab is primarily focused on understanding how microbes interact with their host to cause health or disease.
